Isang batang umakyat ng poste ang binaril at napatay na parang ibon ng isang lasing na kagawad!

This is a shocking news clip about how a boy was fired at like a bird by a drunk official.  The boy fell to his death after the shooting.  The drunk official was immediately apprehended.
