The Komiks Congress has
been organized by
personalities of the
older generation in the
hopes of reviving the
Philippine komiks
industry. It has come to
my realization that they
may not be fully aware
of us and our
accomplishments in the
past 15 years, the most
important of which is
the establishment a new
burgeoning industry of
comics in the
Philippines in a time
when the old industry
was collapsing.
With this video I hope
to give voice to the
many of us in the
younger generation by
introducing ourselves,
our work, our hopes and
more importantly, our
suggestions in the
effort to continue
reviving the industry.
